They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe, and many wonders and miraculous signs were done by the apostles. All the believers were together and had everything in common. Selling their possessions and goods, they gave to anyone as he had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
How does one choose a City Group to attend?
You are free to attend any City Group that you desire and feel comfortable attending. At the same time, if you are frequently attending COAH, you can trust that one of our City Group hosts may have already taken notice of your presence. Therefore, expect an invitation soon. But whichever the case, because we desire everyone to grow and radiate Christ, attending one of our City Groups is encouraged. Feel free to contact any of the City Group hosts should you have any questions.
Does everyone have to attend a City Group?
No. City Groups exist in COAH to help cultivate a community that radiates Christ. Because we understand that it can be difficult to grow individually as a Christ-follower, we trust that being in a small group with other individuals can help better one's self. If you desire a community to grow with others, by all means you are encouraged to attend. Yet at the end of the day, one is not forced to join.
